Fixed performance recovery notifications and prevented monitors on metered plans from being incorrectly deleted.

* Fixed an issue where **recovery notifications were not sent after performance delta alerts**. You’ll now be notified when performance returns to normal.
* Fixed an issue where **monitors belonging to teams on metered billing could be incorrectly deleted** by the monitor limit check.

## Improvements

* Improved the **Application Health check** layout by adding clearer spacing between the status indicator and metadata.
