Redesigned marketing pages, custom webhook headers, uptime header rules, and read-only guest access.

## New
* Webhook destinations now support custom headers.
* Uptime checks now include common header rules, and headers can be tested separately.
* Resellers now have a Reseller teams page with a button to switch to a team.

## Improvements
* Redesigned the homepage feature dropdown, FAQ section, marketing footer, hero and section headings, and the testimonials page.
* Guests now see locked monitor controls on forms they don't have permission to save.
* Team notification destinations are now listed for everyone who can manage them.
* DNS monitoring now only queries the record types a monitor watches.

## Security
* Guest access to resources is now read-only across the web app, API, and MCP tools.
* Failed authorization on web pages now returns a 404 instead of a 403.

## Fixes
* Restored DNS lookup time in uptime check timings, which was missing after our recent security hardening.
* Fixed a nameserver's DNS records being dropped after it refused a single query.
