Can we change the email address that receives the invoices?

If you would like to change the email address that receives the Oh Dear invoices, you can change this in the Billing page.

Scroll down to the 'Billing Information' section of your Stripe billing portal to edit the email and your address.

The Stripe portal also allows you to:

  • upgrade/cancel your plan
  • update payment methods (including SEPA)
  • view invoice history and download copy PDFs
