# How do I download my invoices?

All Oh Dear invoices are available in the Stripe customer portal.

1. Open the [Billing](/billing) page in your Oh Dear account.
2. Click **Manage subscription** to open the Stripe portal.
3. Scroll to the **Invoice History** section.
4. Click any invoice to view it online, or click the download icon to save a PDF.

Every invoice is also emailed to your billing email automatically when it's issued.

## Missing an invoice?

If you can't find a specific invoice (or one never arrived by email):

- Check the Stripe portal first. Every issued invoice lives there, even if email delivery failed.
- Look in spam / junk folders for emails from `invoice+statements@stripe.com` or `support@ohdear.app`.
- If your billing email changed, older invoices were sent to the previous address. You can still download them from the Stripe portal.

If none of the above work, [contact support](/contact) with the billing period you're missing, and we'll resend or reissue the invoice for you.

## Accountant access

Some customers set up a dedicated billing email (like `accounting@yourcompany.com` or a Peppol endpoint) so invoices land directly with their finance team. You can [update the billing email](/docs/faq/can-we-change-the-email-address-that-receives-the-invoices) in the Stripe portal at any time.
