How can I control alerts during downtime?

We don’t want to spam you with alerts so by default we will wait for 2 minutes of downtime (verified from a secondary location) before sending notifications.

If this is too quick you can increase the number of downtime minutes before a notification in ‘Site > Settings > Uptime > Notification settings’.

Tip: you can create notification channels at the site and/or team-level to control where notifications are sent and what events to respond to.
