As a result, SMS messages cannot be sent for the time being. The rest of HealthTrain Platform and the HealthTrain app is working normally.

What does this mean for you?

  • Appointment reminders by SMS are not being sent.
  • New clients will not receive a verification code and cannot activate the app until SMS is working again.
