We are aware of the issue and are actively investigating the root cause.
At this time, analytics data may be partially or fully unavailable within the platform. There is no indication of data loss, but visibility is impacted.
Update 10:20 AM CET: We have identified a possible root cause and are currently working on implementing and validating a fix.
Update 11:25 AM CET: The issue has been identified and a fix is currently in progress. The remediation is expected to take approximately 2 hours to complete. During this time, analytics data may remain partially or fully unavailable on the Digital Platform.
Update 2:15 PM CET: We are continuing to roll out the fix and working to fully restore analytics functionality on the Digital Platform. The remediation is progressing, but analytics data may still be partially or fully unavailable at this time.
Update 2:40 PM CET: The fix has been successfully rolled out, and analytics data should now be visible again on the Digital Platform. We are continuing to monitor the system closely to ensure full stability and confirm that all functionality has been fully restored.
