In the early morning tomorrow (Wednesday, April 28, 2026), the database server will be running some updates to increase overall availability going forward.
During this maintenance period, online operations (logging in, downloading protocols, using the self-service portal) could be noticeably slower.
We expect the updates to be finished by approximately 3am Pacific time (6am Eastern). We appreciate your patience, and also hope you won't have to be working during those late/early hours.
