Due to unforeseen network connectivity issues earlier this morning, we are experiencing some message queues that are being processed as quickly as possible.

The error in message logs has now been fully fixed with the deployment of the permanent code change.
The root cause (in our interface's handling of message log data) has been addressed, and Error 500 should no longer occur. Previously affected areas (now working normally):

A temporary fix has been implemented to prevent Error 500 occurrences, and a permanent code change is in progress. It is expected to be deployed within the next hour.
