      During this maintenance window, the following services will be affected:

      • SMTP Connections: Intermittent interruptions may occur. Each interruption is expected to last up to 20–30 minutes.
      • Centera Platforms and services: These platforms will be unavailable for up to 20–30 minutes.

      Recommendations

      To minimise disruption, please avoid time-sensitive or critical operations that depend on SMTP email delivery.

      We strongly advise customers not to send any important or high-priority messages immediately before or during the scheduled maintenance period.

      We are providing a final update regarding the SMTP service incident that occurred on May 6th.

      Current Status

      All affected messages (both outbound and inbound) from the May 6th incident have now been successfully reprocessed and delivered.

      Impact Summary

      • Only a small number of customers were affected.
      • Some customers may have experienced a few delayed messages from May 6th arrived today.

      Services have been fully stable since the incident, and normal email flow has resumed.

      Preventive Measures

      To avoid similar situations in the future, we will be implementing enhanced monitoring systems and additional failover mechanisms to better handle unexpected email volume surges.
