    1. High traffic resolved

      One of our internal firewalls reached its maximum session limit and was temporarily unable to process additional requests.

      The firewall has now been restarted and allocated additional system resources.

      All queued messages have been successfully processed and delivered, and services have returned to normal operation.

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and impact this incident has caused you. Thank you for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you notice any further issues.

    2. We are currently experiencing high traffic

      SMTP traffic is not affected. Web (HTTP/HTTPS) traffic is affected, which may prevent or impair access to our web services.
