    1. Issue Resolved

      The issue experienced was related to a general internet provider (cloudflare) outage. Although Izix is not using this provider directly, this outage had widespread implications throughout the web impacting on some subcontractors of Izix.

      The issue seems now resolved and we will keep a close eye on the situation. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    2. Capacity & Rights Platform has recovered.

    3. We are currently investigating an issue

      Our monitoring have picked up an increased level of errors on the authentication/login flows.

      Current information shows a general web outage impacting our authentication providers. Access via ANPR and Code are not impacted. People using the application are logged out and not able to reconnect.

    4. Capacity & Rights Platform appears to be down.
