Service Restored
Update: Cloudflare has implemented a fix and believes the incident is resolved. We are seeing continued signs of recovery within JaroDesk. The website should now load successfully, and system behavior appears to be returning to normal. As we reprocess failed jobs from the outage window, customers may see an influx of updates appear at once for orders that were not processed during the downtime. This can include multiple notes, status changes, or other events being added simultaneously. This is expected during the recovery process. There is also a possibility of duplicate items (such as notes or files). Some actions may have been retried automatically during the outage. As systems recover, those retries may now go through, which can result in occasional duplicates. We do not expect this to be widespread, but it is possible. We will continue to monitor stabilization closely and provide further updates if necessary.
