    1. Service Restored

      Update: Cloudflare has implemented a fix and believes the incident is resolved. We are seeing continued signs of recovery within JaroDesk. The website should now load successfully, and system behavior appears to be returning to normal. As we reprocess failed jobs from the outage window, customers may see an influx of updates appear at once for orders that were not processed during the downtime. This can include multiple notes, status changes, or other events being added simultaneously. This is expected during the recovery process. There is also a possibility of duplicate items (such as notes or files). Some actions may have been retried automatically during the outage. As systems recover, those retries may now go through, which can result in occasional duplicates. We do not expect this to be widespread, but it is possible. We will continue to monitor stabilization closely and provide further updates if necessary.

The website should now load successfully, and most system behavior appears to be returning to normal. Please note that some functionality may not yet be fully restored, and we are closely monitoring for any delayed impact or errors. Our team is reviewing systems and will ensure any failed or interrupted jobs are retried as needed. We will continue to watch stabilization closely and provide updates if anything changes.

      We are seeing signs of recovery with fewer errors across JaroDesk. Cloudflare is actively deploying changes and continues working to remediate the broader impact of their global outage. We are closely monitoring stabilization on our end and will provide further updates as the situation progresses.

    6. Service Disruption Due To Cloudflare Outage

      Cloudflare is continuing to work on restoring services. JaroDesk is still experiencing issues as a result of the global outage. We are actively monitoring the situation and checking in to ensure the disruption is resolved as quickly as possible. The Cloudflare outage is affecting many things related to JaroDesk: • JaroDesk.com access and all services ◦ Payroll (Checks and ACH) ◦ Integration communications (inbound and outbound) ◦ QC AI ◦ Public Payment Pages • Jaro API usage, which would affect JaroKit and JaroInspect ability to fulfill orders etc

    7. Service Disruption Due To Cloudflare Outage

      Jarodesk is currently impacted by a widespread Cloudflare outage affecting services across the globe. This is an upstream infrastructure failure outside our platform. Service availability may be unstable during this period. We are monitoring closely and will update as Cloudflare progresses with remediation and more information becomes available.
