    1. QC AI Processing Errors

      Update: The issue impacting QC AI has been resolved. QC should now be running normally on all orders. For any questions please reach out to [email protected]

      Status: Investigating Services Impacted: QC AI Issue Summary QC AI is currently unable to successfully run on all orders. Processing attempts are returning errors. Impact

      • QC AI reviews are not completing on affected orders
      • Orders requiring QC AI may experience delays
      • New QC AI runs may fail until the issue is resolved Current Findings Initial investigation indicates the errors are originating from our AI platform. We are consistently seeing the same error returned across impacted orders. We are reviewing whether any mitigation is possible on our end; however, this appears to be an upstream service issue. Next Steps
      • Continue monitoring and investigating
      • Coordinate with third party as needed
      • Rerun QC AI on all impacted orders once service is restored We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
