    1. JobDiva Sync Failures

      We are currently experiencing sync failures affecting JobDiva integrations. Our team has identified the root cause as authentication errors originating from JobDiva's API, which are preventing data from syncing as expected.

      We are actively working with JobDiva's team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, any jobs, candidates, or records that fail to sync will be retried automatically once the issue is resolved.

      We apologize for any disruption this may cause and will provide updates as the situation develops.

      We've been monitoring the situation since Workday recovered and have not seen any further timeout issues communicating with Workday's wd3-services1.myworkday.com server.     1. Workday Issue Causing Service Disruption

      We are currently observing timeouts when communicating with Workday’s wd3-services1.myworkday.com server. This is affecting some Kombo customers using our Workday integration.

      Impact: Requests relying on this Workday endpoint may fail or experience significant delays.

      Current Status:

      • The issue is originating on Workday’s side.
      • Our systems are operational, and we are monitoring the situation closely.
      • We will provide updates as soon as Workday recovers or more information becomes available.

    1. Scheduled Maintenance on US Region Completed

      We’ve successfully completed the scheduled upgrade of our US database infrastructure. During the maintenance window, we observed approximately 2 seconds of downtime on the api.us.kombo.dev API.

      Performance and availability improvements are now fully in place. EU region customers were not affected. Thanks for your patience!

    2. Scheduled Maintenance Period on US Region

      On Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 8:00 AM UTC (3:00 AM EST / 12:00 AM PST), we will perform a scheduled upgrade of our US database infrastructure to improve performance and availability for customers in the US Region.

      This might result in a brief period of reduced availability of the api.us.kombo.dev API in a 20-minute time window (i.e., until 8:20 AM UTC). During this window, some requests might fail. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. Our team is available for any questions.

      Customers in the EU region will not be affected by this maintenance.
