The US API latency issue has been resolved. The issue was caused by a misconfigured provider sending an unexpected spike of incoming webhooks.
We added stronger rate limiting on webhook ingestion to avoid similar slowdowns going forward.
We are currently experiencing high latencies on our US API. We are investigating the issue and will keep updates posted here.
