It looks like the Cloudflare outage is already resolved. The Kombo website is back online.

From our logging, it looks like some syncs or write actions across upstream systems (ATS/HRIS) that use Cloudflare for their infrastructure (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Ashby) might have failed or experienced retry delays.

Syncs should automatically recover on the next run - for write actions, we recommend retrying the affected records. Our team is available for any questions!

Cloudflare, which is used by Webflow, is experiencing a global outage, which is also affecting the Kombo Website. Kombo products, including Kombo API, Kombo Dashboard, and Kombo Connect are NOT affected at this time.

We have resolved the Rexx Systems issue, and the application submission is functioning correctly again.

We're observing "create application" write action failures across rexx systems connections. We are investigating the root cause and are working to restore the functionality.

We recommend customers who have both quick apply and redirect flow (e.g., redirecting the candidate to the application form) experiences available in their product, to temporarily switch over to the redirect flow until the service is restored.

The setup of new rexx systems connections through Kombo Connect and the syncing of job and screening question data is not affected at this point.

Issues with the dashboard have been resolved.

Our dashboard application is currently experiencing downtime due to issues with Cloudflare. We will post updates here.
