We’re currently experiencing an issue affecting email channels, except those connected through Google or Microsoft. We’re working with our provider to restore service as soon as possible and will provide updates as they become available.
We’re currently investigating an issue causing some customers to receive an “Authentication Error” when connecting or using Meta channels.
Our team is working to identify the cause and restore normal service as soon as possible. We’ll share an update once more information is available.
