Cloudflare Outage
A Cloudflare network issue between 11:20 UTC and 14:30 UTC caused some UserCheck API requests to error or time out. Our systems remained healthy, but traffic routed through Cloudflare was intermittently impacted during this window.
Cloudflare confirmed the issue was caused by a bug in one of their bot-management configuration files and has fully restored normal operation. All UserCheck endpoints are functioning normally again.
