    1. Errors logging in with SSO

      Update: further fixes were deployed, and we confirm now that SSO/SAML is fully operational as well.

      Update: A fix was deployed at 3:07 PM CET / 2:07 PM GMT / 9:07 AM EST. This resolved the authentication issue some clients using SAML were experiencing. Our team is currently investigating additional reports of a few users having similar issues.

      The engineering team has observed an increased errors in the service after the maintenance, and is investigating the cause of the errors.

      We will keep the status page update with information about changes in the situation.

    2. Error logging with with SMS Two Factor Authentication

      Update: the issue has been fixed, and the 2FA via SMS is working again. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused - and thanks for your patience!

      After the maintenance we performed on Saturday, some users are getting an error logging in: "the route api/mfa-code could not be found".

      What is happening? To ensure Worksome continues to provide a fast, secure, and reliable experience for all our users, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our core infrastructure on Saturday 03/07 10:00 (CET).

      Expected Impact During this maintenance window, the Worksome platform will experience planned downtime.

      Unavailability: You will be unable to log in, post new roles, submit contracts, or process payments.

      Active Jobs/Contracts: All existing data, active contracts, and messages remain completely secure and will be unaffected by this work.

      Why are we doing this? This upgrade is a necessary step to implement essential database improvements and enhance our overall system performance, ensuring a smoother experience for both companies and freelancers.

      We understand that any downtime is an inconvenience, and we have deliberately scheduled this during a low-traffic period to minimize disruption to your workday.
