    1. Network errors

      Due to a global Cloudflare incident (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/8gmgl950y3h7), our site was partially unreachable.

      While the underlying service were not affected, the availability was affected.

      Our support channels could have been affected as well. We were available via hello@worksome.com

    1. Error loading payment requests

      Currently we are having an error loading payment requests. We are working on a fix.

      Your existing payment information is not affected, the error causes only issues when displaying the data.

    1. Third party providers affected by an AWS outage (SMS, Help Center, Support Chat)

      Resolved

      There is an ongoing incident in the region AWS-east-1, that is affecting some downstream providers.

      While most of our application is available and working, some of our functionalities are not available, such as SMS delivery for 2FA, support chat bot, and support center.

      Update: the AWS outage is being mitigated, and services depending on it are coming back up. We keep on monitoring the impact to our service.
