Can we change the email address that receives the invoices?
Yes. Invoices are sent to your billing email, which lives with our payment provider, Stripe.
- Open the Billing page in your Oh Dear account and go to Company details.
- Click Change company details at our payment provider, Stripe to open the Stripe portal.
- Update the email (and billing address, VAT number, or company name while you're there), then save.
The change applies to invoices issued from that point on. Need an already-issued invoice resent to the new address? Contact support and we'll sort it out.
