Can we change the email address that receives the invoices?

Yes. Invoices are sent to your billing email, which lives with our payment provider, Stripe.

  1. Open the Billing page in your Oh Dear account and go to Company details.
  2. Click Change company details at our payment provider, Stripe to open the Stripe portal.
  3. Update the email (and billing address, VAT number, or company name while you're there), then save.

The change applies to invoices issued from that point on. Need an already-issued invoice resent to the new address? Contact support and we'll sort it out.
