Can we change the email address that receives the invoices?

Yes. Invoices are sent to your billing email, which you can change from the Billing page in your Oh Dear account.

From there, click through to the Stripe billing portal and scroll down to the Billing Information section. You can update the email and address there.

While you're in the portal, you can also:

  • Upgrade or cancel your plan
  • Update your payment method (cards, SEPA, etc.)
  • View your invoice history and download PDFs
