Is there a successful task ping rate limit?

We accept 5 pingbacks per minute, per check. This should be enough, as we can only alert if crons haven't run within the last minute.

You are free to send us many pingbacks - we will only accept the first 5 within that minute - but it'll show that the cron executed correctly.
