Oh Dear uses Combell (Belgium) for primary hosting, ClickHouse Cloud for analytics, AWS/DigitalOcean/Vultr for global monitoring nodes, Cloudflare for CDN/DDoS protection, Stripe for payments, Postmark for email notifications, and several other certified service providers. All partners are SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified.

Yes, all Oh Dear subprocessors are either SOC 2 certified, ISO 27001 certified, or explicitly GDPR compliant. We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all third-party processors and use Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.
