Can I remove the Oh Dear logo from my reports?
Your monthly reports are meant to look like your reports, so most of what appears on them is yours to shape.
Make the report your own #
- Your logo: upload your company logo in your team branding settings. It replaces the Oh Dear logo at the top of every monthly report you send.
- Accent color: pick a brand color to tint the report's header accent, so it matches the rest of your communications.
- Choose what's included: decide per monitor which checks show up in the report. Only want uptime and certificate health? Turn the rest off and they won't appear.
Between a custom logo, your own accent color, and control over which components render, most teams can get a report that reads as theirs at a glance.
What stays put #
The small "powered by Oh Dear" logo at the bottom of the report is static and can't be removed today, so we don't offer full white-labelling. If that's a blocker for you, let us know why. We look at every request and use them to prioritize future work.
