Can I extend my free trial?
Short answer: yes, within reason.
Every Oh Dear account comes with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required. If 30 days isn't enough to finish your evaluation, we're happy to extend it. We don't have a rigid cut-off and we'd rather give you a proper chance to evaluate than force a rushed decision.
Just reply to your trial-expiry email (or reach out directly) with a sentence or two on what you'd like to evaluate. We'll usually add another couple of weeks on the spot.
If your trial has already expired and you still want to keep evaluating, you can reach out too. We can reactivate a short evaluation window so your monitoring data doesn't disappear.
