Can I customize the look of my status page?
Yes, within reasonable limits. Status pages are designed to look professional by default, and customization focuses on branding rather than wholesale redesigns.
What you can customize
- Logo: upload your company logo. It appears in the header of the status page and in subscriber emails.
- Favicon: upload a favicon shown in browser tabs and bookmarks.
- Primary colour: pick a brand colour that's used across buttons, status indicators, and accents.
- Dark / light mode palette: each mode has its own colour settings so you can tune both.
- Custom domain: serve the status page from your own subdomain (see How do I set up a custom domain for my status page?).
- Languages: every status page can be served in one of several supported languages, or multiple at once.
- Announcements: pin a message at the top of the page outside of any specific incident.
What you can't customize
- Page layout and structure: the status, incident, and subscription sections are fixed.
- Custom CSS or JavaScript: we don't let you inject arbitrary code, to keep status pages fast, accessible, and secure for everyone.
- Removing the Oh Dear badge: the small Oh Dear attribution in the footer isn't removable today. See Can I remove the Oh Dear logo from monthly reports and status pages?
